Meeting Spaces


The Cornerstone Headquarters offers meeting spaces for use by our Network Partners and other organizations in the community on the basis of availability. For full information on rental fees and policies, please see the Facility Usage Contract.
 
If you are interested in holding a board meeting, training session, or other activity at our facility, please complete the appropriate forms and submit to Denice Crawford, Executive Administrative Assistant. (Not all dates are available and fees may apply for after-hours or multi-day functions and for non-Network Partner organizations and individuals.)

Required for events providing food/beverages:
  • Food Services Order Form (for Cornerstone Catering Services - will be provided after receipt of contract.)
  • Outside Food Info Form (for events bringing food in from other caterer/kitchen - will be provided after receipt of contract.)
 
Meeting Spaces:
Community Room can be set for conferences, luncheons, and banquets and includes an LCD projector and sound system upon request. Please submit a Community Room Setup Request with your contract.
 
Board Room seats up to 20. Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.)
 
Training Room seats 12-15 around a square conference table. Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.)
 
Computer Lab holds 12 computers with internet access and can seat an additional 8-24 participants at tables. Room includes LCD projector upon request and a dry-erase board. (Renter provides markers/erasers.) The Computer Lab may be rented with or without use of the computers.
